APSIPA ASC 2017 REGISTRATION

The registration process involves two steps:

* You will be directed to an online form by Google

Step 2: Pay registration fees online (click HERE)
** You will be directed to an external webpage, hosted by Deep Craft Technology. Deep Craft Technology is the officially appointed professional conference organizer for APSIPA ASC 2017.
*** When payment is done, please forward the receipt to us at deepcraf[@]deepcraftech.com.my and apsipa2017[@]gmail.com
**** Receipt of payment will be given at the registration desk throughout the conference

Please read the detailed information below:

For an accepted paper to be published in the conference proceedings, it must be covered by at least ONE full registration on or before 30 Sept. 2017. Each author’s full registration can cover at most his/her TWO papers. No paper can be covered with a student registration. Student registration fees are applicable only to full-time students.  Papers without a full registration will be withdrawn from the programme and the proceedings.

No Show:

Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the APSIPA ASC 2017 conference. The “no-show” papers will not be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore® or other public access forums, but these papers will be distributed as part of the on-site electronic proceedings. For poster sessions, if the speaker is not present in front of the poster for most of the time during the poster session, this implies “no show”.

Full and student registration fees include:

  • One USB key containing the conference proceedings
  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Access to all coffee breaks
  • Lunch on 12, 13, 14 and 15 Dec 2017
  • One admission to the Welcome Reception in the evening of 12 Dec 2017
  • One admission to the Banquet at KL Tower on 14 Dec 2017

An APSIPA ASC 2017 conference registration (including student registration) entitles a 1-year membership, which is valid until 31 December 2018

Conference Refund and Cancellation policy:

The Registration Fee is non-refundable. The Conference Organizing Committee has tried the best to keep the Conference Fee at the lowest. The charged fee is just to make the conference breakeven and the expenses have most been committed or spent. Hence, in any case that uncontrollable mishap happens rendering the cancellation of the Conference, the fee will not be refunded, however, in this special case, all accepted papers in anyway will be listed in IEEE Xplore.

Payment Methods:

The conference accepts payment by credit cards and bank transfer. On-site registration can be paid by credit cards. If you have any questions regarding registration, kindly contact deepcraf[@]deepcraftech.com.my and apsipa2017[@]gmail.com for assistance. For local participants who wishes to transfer in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), please contact the organizer via apsipa2017[@]gmail.com.

^Admission to Banquet has already been included in either full or student registration. Additional banquet tickets are very limited.

Letter of Invitation:

Upon request, the conference secretariat will issue a letter of invitation for visa application. Please refer to the eVISA Information page for general information on Visa regulations. For participants who need an invitation letter, please provide the following information to [email protected]: (1) Name, (2) title (Mr / Ms / Dr / Prof), (3) Paper IDs and titles, (4) Institution, (5) Address, (6) Phone number, (7) Nationality, and (8) Date of Travel.

* Wire Transfer payment :
– All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
– The sender’s name should be the same as the registrant’s name.
